Mr. Roger Newberry has more than 33 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.  His experience has included storm drainage and earthwork calculations, preparation of site improvement plans and specifications for numerous commercial, institutional, industrial and public works projects. He is fluent with AutoCad, Microsoft Office Applications and Stormwater Management Software.
