Mr. (Moe) El-Eter has more than 18 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.  His transportation experience has included the design of roads, streets and intersections; traffic and signal systems and traffic studies.  He has experience in storm water design, drainage and sanitary sewer systems; water utilities, force mains and pump stations; erosion control, grading, as well as flood hazard evaluation.
