Mr. Allison has over 27 years of surveying experience which includes responsibility for surveying and digital mapping operations, including GPS/GIS Mapping.  Projects include subdivisions, site developments, roads, bridges, sewers and other utilities, flood control studies, and construction layout for major buildings, roads, and bridges.  He has prepared right-of-way maps and legal descriptions for engineering and architectural projects.
